What do you need for a quotation?
Start with the product, approximate quantity, destination and preferred timing. Include the grade, dimensions, certificates or drawings you already have. Details that are not yet defined can be clarified together.
Which sourcing region is right for my project?
We source from both the United States and China. When you have no preference, we assess suitable options against your specification, quantity, timing and estimated total cost to the agreed destination. The country of manufacture is confirmed for each transaction.
Can you work from drawings or plan repeat orders?
We review drawing-based requirements and can coordinate phased deliveries or recurring supply. Manufacturing feasibility, specifications, quantities and commercial terms are confirmed with the selected supplier.
Can you coordinate transport and import preparation?
Yes, within the agreed scope. We coordinate cargo planning, shipping documents and onward delivery, working with the importer and appointed customs representatives. Import responsibilities and applicable terms are confirmed per transaction.
How are commercial terms agreed?
Before an order is confirmed, we agree the specifications, Incoterms and named place or port, payment terms, required documents and each party’s responsibilities. The agreed scope is documented in writing.
Can I offer products as a supplier?
Yes. Share your products, country of manufacture, available quantity or capacity, and timing. Loading details, specifications and commercial terms help us assess the fit. Prepare a supply offer.
